Cabinet Braid 600

The Braid 600 wall-hung cabinet forms the basis of a washbasin area layout. Wall-mounted and legless, it has an open top prepared for fitting a matching basin or a countertop. The body is 590 mm wide, 475 mm deep and 550 mm high.

The oak/rattan colour scheme combines a light wood shade with a decorative weave pattern on the fronts. Gold-coloured handles complete the look and make the drawers easy to open. This finish works well with beige tones, warm white and natural accessories, particularly in bathrooms inspired by boho or Scandinavian style.

Two drawers make it easy to keep cosmetics, personal care items and other small essentials apart. They help organise the washbasin area and keep the countertop clear. Stored items stay out of sight, while the decorative fronts create a consistent look.

Wall mounting leaves the space beneath the cabinet free, which makes the floor easier to clean. The exposed floor also gives the arrangement a visual lightness. The mounting height should be matched to the height of the users as well as to the height of the chosen basin and the thickness of the countertop.

The open top allows the cabinet to be completed with a matching cabinet basin or with a countertop and a countertop basin. Before choosing the components, check their dimensions, the method of fixing and the space needed for the waste and trap, so that the installation does not interfere with the drawers.

Frequently asked questions

What are the dimensions of the Braid 600 cabinet?

The body measures 590 mm in width, 475 mm in depth and 550 mm in height. When planning the layout, also allow for the dimensions of the chosen countertop and basin.

What does the oak/rattan colour scheme mean?

The catalogue designation OAK/RATTAN describes the appearance of the finish: an oak shade and a rattan weave pattern on the fronts. The designation itself does not specify the material the cabinet is made of.

How many drawers does the cabinet have?

The Braid 600 model has two drawers with gold-coloured handles. This arrangement makes it easier to divide cosmetics and accessories into separate storage zones.

Is the cabinet suitable for a countertop basin?

The cabinet can be used in an arrangement with a countertop and a countertop basin, provided the components are properly matched. Check the dimensions of the countertop, the position of the waste opening and the space for the trap.

At what height should the cabinet be hung?

The mounting height should be determined with the intended position of the basin's top edge in mind. With a countertop basin, allow for its height and the thickness of the countertop. The final position should let everyone in the household use the washbasin area comfortably.

Can the cabinet be mounted on a plasterboard wall?

Whether it can be mounted depends on the construction of the wall and its load capacity. The wall must have suitable reinforcement, and the fixings must be selected for the combined load of the cabinet, its contents, the countertop and the basin. The method of installation should be agreed with the fitter and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
